Background
Indecon was born from the vision of a structural engineer and commercial builder, to provide an integrated investment, design and construction company that offers complete turnkey solutions.

Gavin has a lengthy and successful history delivering industrial and commercial projects. After gaining 12 years experience as a structural engineering consultant, in 2007 he established his own building company, Donne Design and Construct (DDC).
His passion and drive saw DDC evolve from a small building company into a thriving developer/builder, delivering a number of commercial and industrial developments in both Australia and New Zealand. His core values of integrity and respect, and his ability to add value and design smarts have been the backbone of his success and set him apart from his competitors.
Gavin’s wealth of knowledge and experience enables him to create a product that consistently sells or leases regardless of market conditions. He ensures that both economical and practical building solutions are engineered into the construction process, giving clients the best quality product and return on investment.
Luke McLean | Director

Luke has over 20 years' experience as a Construction Manager within construction and property development and has held long term tenures with large firms such as Commercial & General, Built Environs and Built.
Luke has been responsible for managing complex stakeholder relations and large teams using a variety of delivery methods. He has successfully led challenging large scale projects up to $100m across a diverse range of sectors including; Commercial, Shopping Centres, Entertainment, Multi Unit Residential, Aged Care, Student Accommodation and Government.
Luke’s attention to detail is second to none. He brings strong leadership, positive communication and a collaborative management approach. With a wealth of experience working on projects with complex designs, staging and site constraints, Luke is able to resolve design and constructability issues and provide strategic solutions that add value to the project.
